The first floor flat measures around 80 m2 and has two rooms of which one room is seperable in two rooms by sliding doors. The first room, with a small balcony and a huge built-in cleverly shaped cupboard, serves as the dining room.

The kitchen is wide and equipped with a fridge-freezer, an electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing-machine with a dryer. The second part of the room is situated at the back side of the house and serves as a living room. The bedroom with two beds (0.9 x 2.0m), wardrobe, tv and phone connections overlooks the garden.
