The second floor flat measures around 70 m2 and has its entrance on the first floor. Going up the stairs, you get to the brightly lit hall (light coming from a skylight above). Again, there are two rooms. The diningspace and the livingspace are spacially seperated by a lowered ceiling above an anthrcite cooking island. The diningspace is leading to a wide sunny terrace (15m2). The diningspace can also be transformed into a guestroom with two guestbeds (0.80 x 1.90m). The kitchen is equipped with a big fridge-freezer, an electric cooker, microwave oven and a dishwasher.
